- 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions
For the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 10-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate chip cookies, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even layer. Bake for 12 minutes, then let cool.
For the Cheesecake:
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
- Fold in crushed chocolate chip cookies and mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
Baking:
- Bake for 65-75 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly puffed.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour.

For the Topping:
