Description

  • 1 cup of diced strawberries
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • White icing (for drizzling)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
  • Make the Cream Cheese Filling: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Assemble Pastries: Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each pastry square, then top with diced strawberries.
  • Shape the Pastries: Fold the pastry squares into triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
  • Bake: Place the pastries on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Make the Creamy Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream with some powdered sugar to make a creamy sauce.
