Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- Make the Cream Cheese Filling: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Assemble Pastries: Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each pastry square, then top with diced strawberries.
- Shape the Pastries: Fold the pastry squares into triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
