Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and minced garlic.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread halves.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the bread.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra garlic flavor, you can add more garlic or use roasted garlic in the butter mixture.
