- 1 loaf French bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and minced garlic.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread halves.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the bread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Slice and serve warm.
