For the Burgers:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
For the Tzatziki Slaw:
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated cucumber
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, combine cabbage, Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
- Toast burger buns on the grill if desired.
- Assemble burgers by placing a chicken patty on each bun and topping with tzatziki slaw.
- Serve and enjoy!
