These Greek Chicken Burgers with Tzatziki Slaw are the perfect combination of juicy grilled chicken patties, savory feta cheese, and a refreshing cucumber yogurt slaw. A healthy and flavorful twist on the classic burger, ideal for summer grilling or any time you’re craving something light and tasty.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Burgers:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns

For the Tzatziki Slaw:

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup grated cucumber
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  • Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  • In a separate bowl, combine cabbage, Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
  • Toast burger buns on the grill if desired.
  • Assemble burgers by placing a chicken patty on each bun and topping with tzatziki slaw.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try grilling the burger buns slightly to add a crispy texture.
  • If you want a spicier version, you can add a dash of hot sauce to the tzatziki slaw.
  • The slaw can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
