- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Hummus: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Assemble the Dish: Transfer the hummus to a serving dish. Top with crumbled feta cheese, Kalamata olives, cucumber, tomatoes, and fresh parsley.
- Serve: Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For extra flavor, drizzle a little more olive oil on top before serving.
