Description

This flavorful grilled chicken is perfectly paired with a creamy, tangy dill sauce. The marinade adds a zesty kick, and the sauce made with Greek yogurt, fresh dill, and honey balances the dish with a refreshing finish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Season the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Prepare the Dill Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, dill, and honey to make the creamy dill sauce.
  • Serve: Serve grilled chicken with creamy dill sauce on top.

Notes
