- 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them with the marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
