Description

Grinch Fudge is a fun, festive treat that’s perfect for the holidays! With creamy white chocolate and a pop of green color, it’s as fun to make as it is to eat. The sweetened condensed milk creates a smooth and melt-in-your-mouth texture, while the red heart sprinkles add the perfect finishing touch to make this treat extra festive.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz high-quality white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • Green food coloring (gel or liquid)
  • Red heart sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare your pan: Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray. This will make it easier to lift the fudge out once it’s set.

  • Melt the white chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Be careful not to overheat, as white chocolate can burn quickly.

  • Add green food coloring: Once the mixture is smooth, add green food coloring a few drops at a time, stirring well until you reach your desired shade of green.

  • Pour into the pan: Pour the green fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Spread it out evenly using a spatula.

  • Chill to set: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm and set. You can also place it in the freezer for about 1 hour if you’re in a hurry.

  • Cut and garnish: Once the fudge is fully set, remove it from the pan using the parchment paper, and cut it into small squares. Garnish each piece with a few red heart sprinkles for a festive touch.

  • Serve: Enjoy your Grinch Fudge immediately, or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Storage: This fudge can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • Food coloring: You can adjust the amount of green food coloring based on how vibrant you want the fudge to be. Gel food coloring tends to give a more vibrant color compared to liquid.
  • Add-ins: For extra texture, consider adding mini marshmallows, crushed candy canes, or chopped nuts into the fudge mixture before setting it.
