Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the flour over the beef mixture, stirring to combine, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Gradually pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
