Description

These homemade crunch bars are a perfect combination of crispy rice cereal, smooth peanut butter, and rich chocolate. With only a few simple ingredients, they’re a quick and delicious treat that everyone will love!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice cereal and chocolate chips.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and honey together, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute almond butter or any nut butter for a different flavor.
  • For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of sea salt on top before refrigerating.
