- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped Twix bars
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Make the filling: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in Twix and whipped cream: Gently fold in the chopped Twix bars and whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the cheesecake: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared cookie crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow it to set.
- Serve: After the cheesecake has set, remove it from the springform pan and serve chilled.
Notes
- You can add extra chopped Twix bars on top for decoration before serving.
- Use any chocolate cookies of your choice for the crust, like Oreos or other chocolate wafer cookies.
