Description

This decadent no-bake cheesecake combines a rich cream cheese filling with bits of Twix bars, set on a crunchy chocolate cookie crust. It’s a delicious and easy dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped Twix bars
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust: In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  • Make the filling: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in Twix and whipped cream: Gently fold in the chopped Twix bars and whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Assemble the cheesecake: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared cookie crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow it to set.
  • Serve: After the cheesecake has set, remove it from the springform pan and serve chilled.

Notes

  • You can add extra chopped Twix bars on top for decoration before serving.
  • Use any chocolate cookies of your choice for the crust, like Oreos or other chocolate wafer cookies.
  • For a richer taste, add a drizzle of caramel sauce on top before serving.
