- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then blend in the honey.
- Gently fold in the chopped walnuts and cinnamon until evenly distributed. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Drizzle the cooled cheesecake with additional honey before serving.
