Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add carrots to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra caramelization, you can broil the carrots for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
