- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, jerk seasoning, garlic, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- If you want extra crispy wings, you can broil them for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of jerk seasoning to your preferred spice level.
