Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and hot sauce. Add chicken strips and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook marinated chicken until browned and cooked through.
  • Add sliced bell pepper to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until softened.
  • In a separate pot, melt cheddar cheese with milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well to coat the pasta.
  • Serve the honey pepper chicken over the creamy macaroni cheese.
