- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice

- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced pineapple for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, pineapple juice, garlic, and ginger.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey pineapple mixture over them.
- Marinate the salmon for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
- Garnish with sliced pineapple before serving.
