Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons hot honey

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chili crunch

  • 3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  • Stir in the hot honey, chili crunch, and grated cheddar cheese.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then fold in the sliced green onions and chopped cilantro.

  • Squeeze fresh lime juice into the mixture, starting with 1 tablespoon and adding more if desired for extra brightness.

  • Mix everything together until well combined.
