Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Make the Hummingbird Bread Batter:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Add the crushed pineapple and mashed bananas to the wet mixture.
