Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish
  • Pineapple slice, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Piña Colada Base:
    • In a blender, combine light rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the Piña Colada:
    • Pour the blended mixture into a tall glass.
  • Add the Ice Cream:
    • Gently float a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the piña colada mixture.
  • Add the Toppings:
    • Drizzle chocolate sauce over the ice cream and around the glass for extra indulgence.
    • Add a generous amount of whipped cream on top of the ice cream.
  • Garnish:
    • Place a maraschino cherry on top of the whipped cream and garnish with a pineapple slice on the rim of the glass.
  • Serve:
    • Serve immediately with a straw and a spoon.
