Description

Rich, chewy, and decadent—these Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars feature a buttery base topped with gooey caramel, melty chocolate chunks, and crunchy nuts. Perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth craving with a delightful mix of textures and flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup caramel sauce

  • 1 cup chocolate chunks

  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

  • ½ cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly but holds together when pressed.

  • Press about two-thirds of this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the base.

  • Spread caramel sauce evenly over the crust.

  • Sprinkle chocolate chunks, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts evenly over the caramel layer.

  • Crumble the remaining dough over the top to cover the chocolate and caramel layers.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

  • Remove from oven and let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
