Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is fully coated, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
