- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- Colorful sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on baking sheets. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to form a glaze. Drizzle over cooled cookies and garnish with sprinkles.
