A flavorful twist on classic Alfredo, this jerk chicken Alfredo pairs spicy grilled jerk chicken with creamy Alfredo sauce and fettuccine pasta. Complemented by a fresh, crunchy side salad, it’s a satisfying and vibrant meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup jerk seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub the jerk seasoning onto the chicken breasts.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  • Heat the Alfredo sauce in a separate pan over low heat.
  • Toss the drained pasta with the Alfredo sauce.
  • Serve the jerk chicken over the Alfredo pasta.
  • In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.
  • Serve the side salad alongside the jerk chicken Alfredo.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of jerk seasoning based on your spice tolerance.
  • You can use store-bought Alfredo sauce, or make your own for a richer flavor.
  • For a lighter version, you can swap the Alfredo sauce with a lighter cream sauce or even a pesto.
