- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut (shredded)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a pie pan with the unbaked pie crust.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and pecans.
- Stir in the beaten eggs and melted butter until the mixture is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and set in the center.
- Allow the pie to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can substitute walnuts for pecans if preferred.
