Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa

Instructions

  • Heat the skillet: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the beef: Add the sliced flank steak to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes.
