This delicious layered pumpkin dessert is a fall favorite! With a buttery graham cracker crust, a creamy cream cheese layer, and a spiced pumpkin pudding filling, it’s a perfect dessert for autumn gatherings or holiday dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar. Spread over the crust.
  • In another bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding, milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For a richer taste, add a little more whipped topping or use a combination of whipped cream and whipped topping.
  • You can add extra pumpkin pie spice to the pumpkin layer if you prefer a spicier flavor.
  • Garnish with chopped pecans or a drizzle of caramel for extra flair.
