- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar. Spread over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding, milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a richer taste, add a little more whipped topping or use a combination of whipped cream and whipped topping.
- You can add extra pumpkin pie spice to the pumpkin layer if you prefer a spicier flavor.
