- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Extra whipped topping (for layering and topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and spread the mixture over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon until well blended.
- Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with extra whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of cinnamon or crushed graham crackers.
