- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, agave syrup, lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle in olive oil while blending until desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
- Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.

- For a creamier texture, you can remove the skins from the chickpeas before blending.
