- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Tahini Sauce:
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Kebab Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, grated onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Shape the Kebabs: Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them onto wooden skewers.
- Cook the Kebabs: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Make the Tahini Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to make the sauce.
- Serve: Serve the kebabs hot with the tahini sauce on the side.
