Description

Transform your leftover turkey into a fun and flavorful bite-sized treat with these Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls. Packed with turkey, savory stuffing, and a hint of sweetness from cranberry sauce, these golden, crispy bites are the perfect way to repurpose holiday leftovers into a delicious snack or appetizer. A crowd-pleaser for any time of year!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup stuffing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded turkey, stuffing, Parmesan cheese, cranberry sauce, and egg until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
  • Place the stuffed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until the balls are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use any leftover stuffing you have from your holiday meal, or make a fresh batch if preferred.
  • If the mixture is too wet to form balls, add a little more breadcrumbs to help bind the ingredients together.
  • These make a great appetizer for parties, or a fun snack for a weeknight dinner!
