Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and honey (if using).
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the mixture is fully emulsified.
