Description

This indulgent pasta dish brings together all the best flavors of a bacon cheeseburger—crispy bacon, savory ground beef, and gooey cheddar cheese—tossed in a creamy Alfredo sauce. Topped with fresh pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce, it’s the ultimate comfort food that’s sure to satisfy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 strips bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 16 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb pasta, cooked according to package instructions

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set the beef aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the Alfredo sauce and return the cooked ground beef to the skillet. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
  • Serve the pasta topped with chopped pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of smoked paprika to the sauce.
  • If you prefer a lighter version, use a reduced-fat Alfredo sauce or swap the bacon for turkey bacon.
