Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 strips bacon, chopped
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 16 oz jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb pasta, cooked according to package instructions
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set the beef aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the Alfredo sauce and return the cooked ground beef to the skillet. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
- Serve the pasta topped with chopped pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of smoked paprika to the sauce.
- If you prefer a lighter version, use a reduced-fat Alfredo sauce or swap the bacon for turkey bacon.
