This Loaded Hummus is a Mediterranean-inspired dip, featuring smooth hummus topped with sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and fresh parsley. It’s perfect as an appetizer or snack, served with pita chips or veggie sticks.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Spread the hummus onto a serving dish.
  • Top with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
  • Serve with pita chips or vegetable sticks.
