Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the lobster meat and chop into small pieces.
  • Place a spoonful of lobster meat onto each wonton wrapper and seal the edges tightly to form ravioli.
  • Boil the ravioli in water until they float to the surface, about 3-4 minutes.
  • In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Toss the cooked ravioli in the lemon butter sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce for a bit of heat.
  • If you don’t have wonton wrappers, you can use fresh or frozen ravioli for a quicker option.
