- 1 pound lobster meat
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the lobster meat and chop into small pieces.
- Place a spoonful of lobster meat onto each wonton wrapper and seal the edges tightly to form ravioli.
- Boil the ravioli in water until they float to the surface, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Toss the cooked ravioli in the lemon butter sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired, and enjoy!
