- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients and milk alternately until combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
