- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz cooked pasta
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add beef strips and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, beef broth, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and beef strips to the skillet, tossing to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.

- For a lighter version, substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half or whole milk.
