- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 box macaroni and cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package instructions, then spread it on top of the meatloaf mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For added flavor, consider mixing shredded cheese into the macaroni before spreading it on top.
