- 1 pound salmon
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, garlic salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow glass baking dish and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning the salmon halfway through.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the baking dish with the salmon into the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
