Description

This Marble Bundt Cake is a deliciously elegant dessert, with a perfect swirl of vanilla and chocolate flavors. Its rich, moist texture makes it an ideal treat for any occasion, and the marbled effect adds a touch of visual appeal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture, alternating with the milk, mixing until smooth and well combined.
  • Divide the batter in half. Mix cocoa powder into one half of the batter.
  • Spoon alternating dollops of vanilla and chocolate batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  • Use a knife to gently swirl the batters together, creating a marbled effect.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or almond extract to the batter.
  • Let the cake cool completely before slicing for the best texture.
