- 1/2 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 8 taco shells
- Toppings: sliced pepperoni, sliced black olives, diced bell peppers, chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook Meat: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
