- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef for 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and diced tomatoes with green chile peppers.
- Mix well and heat through, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Notes
- You can add shredded cheese on top before baking for a cheesy finish.
- For added heat, add more diced green chilies or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
