Description

Mexican White Trash is a cheesy, creamy casserole that combines seasoned ground beef, creamy soups, and diced tomatoes with green chilies. It’s an easy, comforting meal that brings bold Mexican flavors to your dinner table with minimal effort!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the ground beef for 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and diced tomatoes with green chile peppers.
  • Mix well and heat through, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Notes

  • You can add shredded cheese on top before baking for a cheesy finish.
  • For added heat, add more diced green chilies or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
