- 1 lb jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 16 oz)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken and cheese mixture and arrange them in a baking dish.
- Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- You can use store-bought or homemade Alfredo sauce.
- If you prefer a crispy top, remove the foil for the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a little heat if desired.
- These stuffed shells freeze well. You can prepare them in advance and bake them later or store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
