These Million Dollar Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells are a creamy, cheesy, and indulgent dish that’s sure to impress. Jumbo pasta shells are stuffed with a rich mixture of shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan, then baked to golden, bubbling perfection. Perfect for a family dinner or a special occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 16 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside to cool slightly.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken and cheese mixture and arrange them in a baking dish.
  • Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use store-bought or homemade Alfredo sauce.
  • If you prefer a crispy top, remove the foil for the last 5 minutes of baking.
  • Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a little heat if desired.
  • These stuffed shells freeze well. You can prepare them in advance and bake them later or store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
