- 4 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup miso paste
- 2 chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- Oil for frying
- Green onions, chopped
- Nori sheets, torn into pieces
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer. Whisk in miso paste until fully dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, coat chicken breasts in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into strips.
- Divide cooked noodles into bowls, pour miso broth over them, and top with chicken katsu, green onions, and nori pieces.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
