⅔ cup beef broth
-
¼ cup brown sugar
-
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
-
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
-
16 oz box of linguine, spaghetti, or rice noodles

Green onion, optional for garnish
Instructions
-
Cook the Noodles:
Cook the noodles (linguine, spaghetti, or rice noodles) according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. -
Prepare the Beef Sauce:
In a large skillet or wok, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until fully browned and drain any excess fat. -
Make the Mongolian Sauce:
In the same skillet with the beef, add the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, ground ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, and ground black pepper. Stir everything together and bring the mixture to a simmer. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. -
Combine Beef and Noodles:
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the Mongolian beef sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce and heated through. - Garnish and Serve:
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired. Enjoy your flavorful Mongolian beef and noodles!
