These Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls combine the cheesy goodness of mozzarella, the savory flavors of pepperoni, and the buttery crispiness of crescent rolls. Perfect for a quick snack or appetizer, served with marinara sauce for dipping.

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 16 slices mozzarella cheese
- 32 slices pepperoni
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Place 2 slices of mozzarella cheese and 2 slices of pepperoni on each triangle.
- Roll up the crescent rolls, tucking in the sides to seal the cheese and pepperoni inside.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, and parsley.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle a bit of Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
- You can also use turkey pepperoni for a lighter version.
- If you don’t have marinara sauce, you can dip them in ranch dressing or garlic butter.
