- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup milk, and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Press the meat mixture into the bottom of a greased casserole dish, forming an even layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese and crumbled bacon evenly on top of the meat mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup milk. Pour the mixture over the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the casserole is bubbly.
