  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add taco seasoning and water, stirring until well combined. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet.
  • Spread nacho cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  • Top with the taco meat mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly.
