Description

This No-Bake Baileys Cheesecake is a rich, creamy dessert that combines the smooth flavors of Baileys Irish Cream with a graham cracker crust. It’s a simple yet indulgent treat that’s perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream, Baileys, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
