- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer pineapple, bananas, and whipped topping over the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and garnish with maraschino cherries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
