Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the graham cracker crust.
  • Layer pineapple, bananas, and whipped topping over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and garnish with maraschino cherries.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider drizzling chocolate syrup on top before serving.
