For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the Banana Layer:

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (to prevent browning)

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Toppings:

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  • Arrange banana slices in an even layer over the crust. Brush the banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold the whipped heavy cream and vanilla extract into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the banana layer.
  • Top with crushed pineapple, chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows, and chopped walnuts if using.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Slice and serve chilled.
